Chef Erik Decker is co-owner of Decksplate Private Dining and Catering. Erik has been cooking professionally in Sarasota for the last ten years and has been very fortunate to have work with some of the top chefs in the city, thus building everlasting relationships within the community along the way. His mission as a chef is to normalize plant-based cuisine, sourcing locally, supporting small artisans, and growing the Sarasota community in unity through its love of food.
